A good video report on the dilemma of Herbert Murray. He was wrongfully convicted of second-degree murder in 1979. The judge would have acquitted him (he told his counsel so after the trial), but the jury convicted him. The judge gave him the minimum sentence (15 years to life). Everyone expected him to be released after 15 years. His lawyer retired and was going through his files in 2006. He was surprised to find that he was still in prison 27 years later, having been denied parole regularly since becoming eligible in 1994, largely because he continued to maintain that he was innocent. A good report and well worth watching.
