The boss's daughter brought the DVD of Blue In The Face home and played this clip. She said that it reminded her of her dad (the boss). I'll admit that he's done some crazy things in the time I've been here, but nothing quite as inspired as the stunt that Harvey Keitel pulled off here. Everyone got a laugh out of it, something you can always use around here on Dominion Day. Paul Auster is a new household favourite novelist. Leviathan is a particular favourite. His op-ed in the Times (23 April 2008) on his part in the 1968 occupation of Columbia is much better than all the score-settling, reputation-maintaining whining that you usually find in that kind of thing. Smoke has always been a favourite film.
