Those were the boss’s words when he listened to His Lardship’s disgusting morning news briefing today.
He said that Ford has no right to parade around in a number 12 Argo jersey. Real football players and decent people like Jackie Parker and Wally Gabler wore that number over the 58 years that he’s followed the team. In less than a minute, Ford sullied the proud tradition of one of the oldest non-college sports teams on this planet.

Toronto City Councillors were joined by the Argonaut Football Club in denouncing Ford’s announcement: “These latest remarks, while wearing our team's jersey, are particularly disappointing given our organization's work in the community to help youth deal with issues of bullying prevention.” See their statement here.
UPDATE: Mayor Bob Brattina of Hamilton has refused His Lardship’s offer of a friendly bet on Sunday’s game between the Argos and the Ticats. Good for him.
