A well-produced E.P. Thompson memoir. Thompson died on 28 August 1993. One of the sad features about his passing was that there was not much video available of one of the most articulate, compelling and photogenic historians of our time. A good thumbnail sketch that touches all the bases. We’ll add a few more video links that we’ve run across of late. It is a nice break from the ongoing Trumpmare. It’s also a good reminder for the boss that not everyone gets to be seventy. He has been spending more time than is useful lately bemoaning the various thankless fool’s errands he’s wasted time on.
