Our friend Paul sent us a link to a story in today’s Star about Colton Burpo’s trip to heaven when he was four years old. There was an emergency appendectomy and Colton lost consciousness; he was brought back to life and for the past seven years he’s been telling his parents about all the things he learned “up” there. The stories were just so amazing that they decided to write a book about it. Unbelievably, Nelson, a real publisher, decided to publish it. And Fox and Friends predictably decided to cover it in an unintentionally hilarious interview with the Burpo boys. Gretchen Carlson, a former Miss America and Miss Minnesota, looks as if she’s auditioning for a plum role in Fargo: the Sequel.
