Terrorist goes on Trial on May 11

Here's a story about a terrorist who confessed to helping blow up a civilian airliner, got convicted, went to prison, escaped from prison, turned up in a community where he's been sheltered by a group of extremist exile nutcases, and is currently on trial for immigration violations. Guess where the trial is being held. Karachi would be a good guess. The right answer is Miami. You can find the whole story of Posada's life as an anti-Castro CIA agent, including cables to Henry Kissinger and diagrams of the bomb he confessed to placing on a Cuban airliner in 1976, here at the National Security Archive. There are Nation articles here and here. There are also YouTube videos from the Young Turks and ABC about the case.
