Matt Galloway used his Michael Hlinka segment this morning to explore the question of a return to the gold standard. This was prompted by a measure currently being considered in Utah (Wasn’t “Utah” a big enough clue that this was a somewhat non-serious question from the wingnutosphere?). In the interest of raising the level of economic discourse in Toronto, here’s a much better discussion of the question than Matt was able to wring from Mike.
